Anastasia (Cast 1)

This show is for young performers in grades 3rd – 8th. In this production we will only accept 14 actors per cast to ensure quality of instruction and experience for each young actor.  All young performers are guaranteed a speaking and/or solo singing role in the production as well as singing and dancing throughout the entire show.

Time: Mondays & Wednesdays (5:30-7:00PM) - unless otherwise specified

MANDATORY DATES:

• Saturday Tech Rehearsal: April 18 (9:00-11:00AM)
• Dress Rehearsal: Friday, May 1 (5:00-8:00PM)
• 4 Performances: Saturday, May 2 & Sunday, May 3

Anastasia is a musical that tells the story of a young, amnesiac woman named Anya who, with the help of two con men, sets out on a journey to discover her past and identity, which is rumored to be that of the lost Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna of Russia. As Anya travels from Russia to Paris, she is pursued by a ruthless Soviet officer while slowly regaining her memories and falling in love with her companion, Dmitry.
